This website presents the 360° virtual visits of Casuarina Resort & Spa and Le Cardinal Exclusive Golf Resort & Spa, Trou aux Biches, Mauritius, run by Alizee Resorts & Hotels (Alizee Resorts). For any question about your data, write to info@alizeeresort.com.

What we collect and why

When you ask for a tailor made quote, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, country, the hotel you are interested in, your message and your consent. When you subscribe to our updates, we collect your email address. We use them only to answer your request, to prepare your booking and check-in, and to send you the updates you asked for. We never sell your data.

Who processes it for us

• Crealys Digital operates the platform that runs this website and hosts the virtual tours. Your request is stored there and forwarded to our team by email.
• Cloudflare serves this website and protects the forms from spam.
• Google measures the website’s traffic (Google Analytics).

Cookies and statistics

We count visits with Google Analytics, which sets cookies to recognise returning visitors, and with TrackTrendy and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which work without cookies and do not identify you. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while you are in contact with us, and delete it no later than three years after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
